FLEXIBILITY

  • Most trips will allow for any date/ time changes and full refunds up to 7 DAYS BEFORE the original booked trip date (minus a $50 admin fee) – subject to availability.
  • Trips cancelled between 7 days and 48hrs will be charged 50% *
  • Trips cancelled with 48 hours will be charged 100% *

PEACE OF MIND

  • * A proof of a positive C19 test results as a reason for non-participation will be the exception to our cancellation terms

SECURITY

  • All refunds are swift and will take place within 7- 15 days max.

ASSURANCE

  • We have already refunded 100% of confirmed bookings cancelled due to the Covid-19 lockdown between March and July 2020

CREDITS

  • Credits can be taken and used instead of a refund
  • These credits and discounts will be honoured and valid for up to 12 months.
  • *If for any reason we cannot fulfil our commitment, we will refund you, minus admin fee.
