Your safety is our one number priority, made that much easier by working in small groups. Do we want to get you to the best places to experience the best these islands have to offer? Absolutely. However, safety must always be taken into consideration whether kiting, kayaking or diving. Our team meets regularly to discuss and assess weather, current, tide and sea conditions in order to make sure we maximize your experience while minimizing and reducing any and all potential risks.
We are in constant communication with each other on the water and relay live weather information between one another and to HQ to help them make the best choices for you.
That way we can take you to the right places at the right time, make accurate predications about the next day’s weather and more importantly find the animal life, like whales and dolphins.

Captains, Instructors & Guides
Our captains, instructors and guides are some of the most diverse and skilled professionals in the industry and certainly in the Turks and Caicos with a lifelong dedication, passion and commitment to their professions.
Decision Making
Our decision making process is largely determined by our experience and knowledge of the weather conditions, the trip type, our customer expectation and individual experience and comfort levels. We have years and years of local knowledge. Everyone and every day are different. Our reward is getting those decisions right by making the right call to go out or call in another day. Very often our decisions can only be made the morning of a trip, as our weather can be varied and is often extremely localized.
Standards & Procedures
We adhere to strict operating standards and procedures that we have refined over the last 20+ years and woven together with experience from our prior working backgrounds from around the world.
Briefings are the platform to all our trips, excursions and adventures, outlining to you, our guest, what the plan is, where the safety gear is and what emergency procedures are in place.
Our management of risk avoidance, regardless of the activity or terrain, comes down to proper planning and preparation. We have guided tens of thousands of happy guests in, on and over the water and no matter the activity we apply the same focus and attention in order to continue our exemplary and unrivalled safety record.
Gear
We loving using the best equipment and gear on the market and endeavour to make sure that you too are using best equipment possible whether in, on or under the water.

Protection
Protect yourself. The sand and the sea although beautiful should never be under estimated. The tropical sun in particular shows now mercy to dark or light skin tones. She will burn you! Protect yourself and your family by wearing hats, sun-shirts, neckies and biodegradable sunscreen! Don’t be fooled by our cooling trade winds or cloudy days. It is the UV rays that burn you. On the ocean, it is the reflection of those rays that amplifies and intensifies the exposure to sun burns. Hydrate – remember to drink lots and lots of water.
Protect our oceans. Do the right thing – look but don’t touch. Wear the right things (biodegradable sunscreen). Don’t litter. Support good practices. Be the difference.

Necky
Neckies protect your neck and face from the sun. We sell these products on site

Rashguards
Excellent sun protection, more reliable than sunscreen as you don’t have to reapply. We sell these

Sun screen
highly recommended but it must be 100% bio degradeable. We do sell an excellent variety

Hat
A hat is always a good idea when on the ocean

Sunglasses
sunglasses are also very useful in the tropical glare

Water
Drink lots and stay hydrated. We provide water
Min Ages & Why
Minimum ages are set for certain trips for either insurance purposes (kiteboarding and scuba 10 years old) or because the trip type and duration is simply too much for children or because other guests must be taken into consideration. The sun and the water take their toll on the youngsters with long exposure to both not something to be underestimated. We have many ideal 2 hour and 4 hour excursions available for children while private charters are perhaps the best family option with young children.
